منشآت هيئة الرعاية الصحية بالإسماعيلية تستقبل وفدًا من منظمة "الصحة العالمية " و "وزارة الدفاع" و "الجمعية العالمية للأطراف الصناعية ISPO"

في إطار حرص القيادة السياسية على توطين صناعة الأطراف الصناعية والأجهزة التعويضية وبناءً على توجيهات اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية بتقديم الرعاية الطبية المتكاملة والاهتمام بجودتها من أجل صحة وسلامة المرضى.
استقبلت الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية، وفدًا فنيًا رفيع المستوى من منظمة الصحة العالمية، ووزارة الدفاع والجمعية العالمية للأطراف الصناعية وتقويم العظام ISPO، وذلك بعدد من منشآتها بمحافظة الإسماعيلية.
وخلال زيارة الوفد رفيع المستوى لمنشآت هيئة الرعاية الصحية تم التعرف على كافة الإمكانات والأكواد المطبقة؛ للتسهيل على ذوي الهمم المترددين على المنشآت.
كما تعرف الوفد خلال زيارته لمنشآت هيئة الرعاية الصحية بالإسماعيلية على آخر المستجدات والتطورات الخاصة بتطبيق المنظومة الجديدة، والإجراءات المتبعة لتوفير خدمات صحية آمنة بدون أدنى تكلفة لذوي الهمم بشكل عام، ولأصحاب الإعاقات الحركية ممن يحتاجون إلى صرف الأجهزة التعويضية بشكل خاص.
وقد بدأت زيارة الوفد بتفقد «مركز طب أسرة المعمل المشترك»، كنموذج لمنشآت الرعاية الأولية، ثم «مجمع الإسماعيلية الطبي» كنموذج لمنشآت الرعاية الثانوية؛ وذلك بهدف الوقوف على مدى جاهزية المنشآت لاستقبال ذوي الهمم، بما يضمن تسهيل حصولهم على الخدمات المخصصة لهم بالمنشآت بدءًا من التسجيل ومرورًا بعيادات طب الأسرة، الأسنان، أماكن الانتظار، المعمل، الأشعة، الصيدلية، وعيادات "الروماتيزم، العظام، العلاج الطبيعى"إضافة إلى التعرف على التجهيزات الطبية بالقسم الداخلي والغرف والأجنحة الفندقية المتميزة بمجمع الإسماعيلية الطبي.
فيما أشاد وفد منظمة الصحة العالمية، ووزارة الدفاع، والجمعية العالمية للأطراف الصناعية وتقويم العظام ISPO، خلال الزيارة بالإمكانات والتجهيزات الطبية بأعلى مستويات الجودة العالمية داخل منشآت الهيئة سواء على مستوى الخدمات الطبية والتأهيلية، أو الخدمات الفندقية عالية الجودة التي تضاهي مستويات الجودة العالمية، أو خدمات طب الأسرة والأكواد المستخدمة لرعاية ذوي الهمم والمطبقة داخل المنشآت الصحية التابعة للهيئة.
ومن جانبه أكد الدكتور أحمد السبكي، رئيس هيئة الرعاية الصحية ومساعد وزير الصحة والسكان والمشرف العام على مشروع التأمين الصحي الشامل، أن كافة منشآت الهيئة تم تجهيزها وفق نماذج مستحدثة وفق أحدث النظم العالمية، وهو المطبق بمحافظات المرحلة الأولى لمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل، ويجري تعميمها بباقي المحافظات طبقًا للتطبيق المرحلي لمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل الجديدة، وذلك وصولًا لتحقيق حلم التغطية الصحية الشاملة لكل المواطنين، وبما يضمن توفير خدمات صحية آمنة دون كلفة لذوي الهمم.
لافتًا إلى أهمية تنسيق الجهود المبذولة من كافة الجهات المعنية لتدعيم إنشاء مراكز العلاج الطبيعي، والتأهيل الحركي وتطوير تصنيع الأطراف والأجهزة التعويضية وفق أعلى المواصفات القياسية المعتمدة دوليًا، بما يرمي إلى توطين صناعة الأطراف الصناعية والأجهزة التعويضية، وذلك من منطلق المسؤولية المشتركة بين مختلف الجهات والمؤسسات المعنية بالشأن الصحي بشكل عام والتأهيل الحركي على وجه الخصوص، مشيرًا إلى أن ذلك يتماشى مع استراتيجية الدولة المصرية ورؤيتها الوطنية ٢٠٣٠ التي ترتكز على بناء الإنسان، والعمل بشكل تكاملي للوصول إلى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
وأشار د.السبكي إلى أن منظومة الأطراف الصناعية المقرر إقامتها في مصر متكاملة الأركان، مؤكدًا على الاهتمام بشق تدريب الكوادر الفنية في مجال الأطراف الصناعية من حيث التأهيل العلمي والفني والأكاديمي، وذلك من خلال تناقل الخبرات العالمية وفقًا لأحدث الممارسات العالمية ذات الجودة، وبما يضمن تقديم الخدمة الطبية المتميزة بكل سهولة ويسر لذوي الهمم من أصحاب الإعاقات الحركية.

As a part of the political leadership’s keenness to localize the industry of prostheses and prosthetic devices, and based on the directives of Major General Staff Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, to provide integrated medical care and attention to its quality for the health and safety of patients.
The Public Authority for Health Care received a high-level technical delegation from the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Defense and the World Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO), in a number of its facilities in Ismailia Governorate.
During the visit of delegation to the facilities of the Health Care Authority, all the capabilities and codes applied to facilitate the people of determination visiting the facilities were identified.
During its visit to the facilities of the Health Care Authority in Ismailia, learned about the latest developments and developments related to the implementation of the new system, and the procedures used to provide safe health services at no cost to people of determination in general, and to people with mobility disability who need prosthetic devices in particular.
The delegation's visit began with an inspection of the "Joint Laboratory Family Medicine Center", as a model for primary care facilities, and then the "Ismailia Medical Complex" as a model for secondary care facilities, with the aim of examining the readiness of the facilities to receive people of determination, in a way that guarantees facilitating their access to the services designated for them in the facilities, starting with From registration and going through family medicine clinics, dentistry, waiting areas, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and “rheumatism, orthopedics, and physiotherapy” clinics, in addition to getting acquainted with the medical equipment in the internal department and the hotel rooms in the Ismailia Medical Complex.
While the delegation of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Defense, and the World Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics ISPO, during the visit, praised the medical capabilities and equipment of the highest levels of international quality within the Authority’s facilities, whether at the level of medical and rehabilitation services, or high-quality hotel services that match international quality levels, or Family medicine services and the codes used to care for people of determination and applied within the health facilities of the authority.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sobky, Head of the Health Care Authority, Assistant Minister of Health and Population and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, confirmed that all of the Authority's facilities were equipped according to updated models according to the latest international systems, which are applied in the governorates of the first phase of the comprehensive health insurance system, and are being circulated in the rest of the countries. The governorates, according to the phased implementation of the new comprehensive health insurance system, in order to achieve the dream of comprehensive health coverage for all citizens, and to ensure the provision of safe health services at no cost to people of determination.
Pointing out the importance of coordinating the efforts made by all concerned parties to support the establishment of physiotherapy centers, mobility disability and the development of manufacturing limbs and prosthetic devices according to the highest internationally approved standards, with the aim of localizing the industry of prosthetics and prosthetic devices, based on the shared responsibility between the various concerned authorities and institutions. Regarding health affairs in general and mobility disability in particular, noting that this is in line with the Egyptian state's strategy and national vision 2030, which is based on building the human being, and working in an integrated manner to reach the achievement of the goals of sustainable development.
Dr. Al-Sobky indicated that the prosthetic limbs system to be established in Egypt is integrated, stressing the importance of training technical cadres in the field of prosthetics in terms of scientific, technical and academic qualification, through the transfer of international experiences in accordance with the latest international practices of quality, in a manner that guarantees the provision of service.
