في إطار تنفيذ توجيهات اللواء أركان حرب شريف بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية، بسرعة الاستجابة، و التعامل مع المشكلات الخاصة بالمواطنين، في كافة القطاعات الخدمية، و رصدها سواء عن طريق شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، أو من خلال المرور الميداني، أو ما يرد للصفحة الرسمية الإعلامية للمحافظة، من شكاوى و التواصل مع الجهات المعنية لسرعة حلها.
رصد المكتب الإعلامي لمحافظة الإسماعيلية، مساء اليوم الأربعاء، تجمع مياه بمنطقة مخرج نفق الثلاثيني عرايشية مصر بنطاق حي ثان مدينة الإسماعيلية.
و على الفور تم التواصل مع الوحدة المحلية لحيِّ ثان الإسماعيلية، و الشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب و الصرف الصحي بمحافظات القناة، و تم انتقال فِرَق عمل الصيانة للتعامل مع المشكلة، و اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
و تبين أن تجمع المياه ناتج من انسداد في خط صرف صحي "مساكن السكة الحديد" قطر ٨ بوصة، و تم التعامل مع المشكلة و الدفع بسيارة كسح تابعة للشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب و الصرف الصحي بمحافظات القناة، و سيارة أُخرى تابعة لحي ثانِ؛ لسحب المياه المتبقية، لحين حل المشكلة بشكل نهائي.
و في سياق متصل، قامت الوحدة المحلية لحي ثان الإسماعيلية، بتنفيذ خطة رفع كفاءة الإنارة العامة بمنطقة حي السلام، خلال الوردية المسائية؛ للارتقاء بمنظومة الإنارة العامة، و تحديدًا بشارعي المنصورة و دمنهور.
