في إطار تنفيذ توجيهات اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية، لكافة الوحدات المحلية بضرورة التصدِّي لأي تعديات على أملاك الدولة، و إزالتها فى مهدها مع ضرورة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال المخالفين . تابعت الوحدة المحلية لحيِّ ثانِ تنفيذ عدد ٤ قرار إزالة بالإضافة إلى إزالة منزل مخالف و تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال المخالفين.
كما قام قسم الإشغالات بحيّ ثانِ الإسماعيلية صباح اليوم الأربعاء الموافق ١٠ أغسطس ٢٠٢٢ بشنِّ حملة مكبرة لإزالة الإشغالات و غلق و تشميع المحال التجارية المخالفة؛ لعودة الانضباط للشارع و ذلك بالتعاون مع قسم شرطة المرافق و قسم شرطة ثان و ذلك بعدة مناطق منها شارع شبين الكوم و العشريني والجعيص و البحري البلابسة و طريق بورسعيد.
و أسفرت الحملة عن غلق و تشميع عدد ٣ محلات و تم تحرير عدد ٦ محاضر إشغال طريق و عدد ١ محضر إدارة نشاط بدون ترخيص و عدد ٣ محضر بائع متجول و ضبط عدد ١٠ شمسية و عدد ٢ ميزان.
و في سياق آخر، قامت الوحدة المحلية لحيِّ ثالث بتنفيذ حملة لإزالة التعديات و التصدي لمخالفات البناء بدون استخراج التصاريح اللازمة، حيث تم إيقاف الشروع في بناء دون ترخيص مع التحفظ على مواد البناء و عددها ٦٤ " شكارة " أسمنت.
كما قام قسم الإشغالات بحيِّ ثالث الإسماعيلية بالتعاون مع قوة شرطة ثالث و بقيادة رئيس الحي، بتنفيذ حملة لمراجعة التراخيص و متابعة عدد من قرارات الإغلاق و رفع الإشغالات من حرم الطريق .
و استهدفت الحملة مناطق أرض الجمعيات و شارع نجيب محفوظ و الشارع الموازي لشارع شبين الكوم و طريق صبري مبدي.
وقد أسفرت الحملة عن إغلاق و " تشميع " ٦ محال لصدور قرارات إغلاق بشأنها.
بالإضافة إلى ضبط ٣٠ شيشة و التحفظ على ٢٥ مقعد و ٨ طاولات
و رفع ٥٠ حاجز مخالف بالشوارع.
و في مركز و مدينة فايد، شنَّ قسم الإشغالات حملة لرفع الإشغالات في المدينة و الشارع الجديد؛ و ذلك لتسهيل حركة مرور السيارات و حفاظًا على الأرصفة المخصصة للمارة.
و في مركز و مدينة أبو صوير، شنَّ قسم الإشغالات بالمركز حملة لرفع الإشغالات بالطريق الرئيسي للمدينة و ذلك بالتنسيق مع الإدارة الهندسية و مهندس التنظيم و الشرطة.

As a part of implementation of the directives of Major General Staff Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, that all municipalities need to address any infringements on state property, and remove them with taking the necessary legal measures against violators.
The municipality of a second district followed up the implementation of 4 demolition decisions, in addition to removing a violating house, and the necessary legal measures were taken against the violators.
The Occupancy Department in the second district of Ismailia launched this morning, Wednesday, August 10, 2022, a campaign to remove occupancy and close the violating shops to restore discipline to the street, in cooperation with the Utilities Police Department and a police station, in several areas, including Shebin El-Koum Street, El-Ashriney Street, El-Geis, El-Bahari El-Balabsa Street, and Port Said Road.
The campaign resulted in the closure of 3 shops, 6 road occupancy reports, 1 activity management report without a license, 3 street vendor reports.
In another context, the municipality of a third district carried out a campaign to remove violations and address building violations without obtaining the necessary permits, as the building was stopped because it’s without a license.
The Occupancy Department in a third district, Ismailia, in cooperation with a police station in third district and under the leadership of the head of district, carried out a campaign to review licenses and follow up on a number of closure decisions and removal of occupancy from the road.
The campaign targeted Ard al-Gameat area, Naguib Mahfouz Street, the street parallel to Shebin El-Koum Street, and Sabri Mabadi Road.
The campaign resulted in the closure of 6 shops, due to closing decisions were issued.
In addition to the control of 30 hookahs and the arrest of 25 seats,8 tables

In Fayed city, the Occupancy Department launched a campaign to arrest occupancy in the city and the new street this is to facilitate the movement of cars and to preserve the sidewalks.
In Abu Sweir city, the occupancy department of the center launched a campaign to remove the occupancy on the main road of the city, in coordination with the engineering department, the organization engineer and the police.
