عقد المهندس أحمد عصام الدين نائب محافظ الإسماعيلية، بقاعة الاجتماعات الكبرى بديوان عام المحافظة، اجتماعًا بشأن متابعة الإجراءات التنسيقية لتنفيذ التدريب العملي المشترك لمجابهة الأزمات و الكوارث بمحافظة الإسماعيلية (صقر١٠٧)، و المقرر عقده خلال الفترة من ٣٠ أكتوبر، و حتى الأول من نوفمبر ٢٠٢٢، بالتنسيق مع قوات الدفاع الشعبي. و ذلك بحضور اللواء هشام الطويل السكرتير العام المساعد للمحافظة، و العميد أ.ح أسامة الحديني المستشار العسكري لمحافظة الإسماعيلية، و ممثلي مديرية أمن الإسماعيلية، و اللواء هنري إبراهيم معاون محافظ الإسماعيلية للشبكة الوطنية الموحدة للطوارئ و السلامة العامة المتطورة، و مديري عموم المديريات الخدمية بالمحافظة، و المرافق الحيوية، و رؤساء المراكز و المدن و الأحياء و الجهات المعنية بالاجتماع.
و خلال الاجتماع وجَّه نائب المحافظ رؤساء المدن و الأحياء و المديريات بسرعة الاستعداد للمشاركة في المشروع، حيث سيتم تنفيذ محاكاة عن الأزمات و الكوارث المختلفة و كيفية التعامل معها بالتنسيق بين المديريات المختلفة و الجهات المعنية من خلال القيام بتجربة اصطفاف المعدات؛ للاطمئنان على جاهزيتها، و تنفيذ تجارب لإخلاء عدد من الجهات، و إقامة معسكر لإيواء للمتضررين من الكوارث.
و أضاف نائب المحافظ، أن عملية التدريب و المحاكاة تهدف إلى تدريب كافة الجهات على مواجهة الأزمات و الكوارث حال حدوثها، مؤكداً رفع درجة الاستعداد القصوى لحين تنفيذ التدريب، الذي سيساهم في تقليل الخسائر إلى أقصى درجة ممكنة حال حدوث أي كوارث.
Deputy Governor of Ismailia discusses the governorate's preparations to implement joint practical training to confront crises and disasters
Engineer Ahmed Essam El-Din, Deputy Governor of Ismailia held, in the Great Meeting Hall of the Governorate’s Court, a meeting on the follow-up of the coordination procedures for the implementation of joint practical training to confront crises and disasters in Ismailia Governorate (Saqr 107), which is scheduled to be held during the period from October 30 until November 1, 2022, in coordination with the Popular Defence Forces.
In the presence of Major General Hisham Al-Taweel, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate, Brigadier General Osama Al-Hadini, the Military Adviser to Ismailia Governorate, representatives of the Ismailia Security Directorate, Major General Henry Ibrahim, Assistant Governor of Ismailia for the Unified National Network for Emergencies and Advanced Public Safety, and the chiefs of the service directorates in the governorate, vital facilities, chiefs of cities and districts as well as the parties concerned with the meeting.
During the meeting, the Deputy Governor directed the chiefs of cities, districts and directorates to quickly prepare to participate in the project, where a simulation of various crises and disasters and how to deal with them will be carried out in coordination between the different directorates and the concerned authorities through an experiment in lining up the equipment in order to check its readiness, to carry out experiments to evacuate a number of parties, and to set up a camp to shelter those affected by disasters.
The Deputy Governor added that the training and simulation process aims to train all parties to face crises and disasters as they occur, stressing raising the maximum degree of preparedness until the implementation of training, which will contribute to reducing losses to the maximum extent possible in the event of any disasters.
