عقد اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية اجتماعًا طارئا مع مسئولي تقديم الخدمات الطبية و الصحية بمحافظة الإسماعيلية؛ لبحث المشاكل و المعوقات التي تواجه منظومة الصحة و أيضًا الاتفاق على إطار تعاون بين كافة الجهات لضمان تقديم خدمة طبية و صحية للمواطنين دون عناء. حيث ضمَّ الاجتماع د/ علي حطب وكيل وزارة الصحة و السكان بالإسماعيلية و د/ أحمد البرعي رئيس فرع الرعاية الصحية بالإسماعيلية و د/ أحمد بركات مدير هيئة التأمين الصحي و د/ محمد النخيلي مدير مستشفي الأورام بالإسماعيلية.
و أكد محافظ الإسماعيلية أن المواطن الإسماعيلي يأتي على رأس الأهمية عند تقديم الخدمات خاصة في مجال الصحة و يجب أن يشعر بما تحظى به المحافظة من اهتمام و تميز في القطاع الطبي و الصحي و بما تتمتع به من منشأت صحية متطورة و مُواكِبة للتقدم و الثورة الهائلة في قطاع تقديم الخدمات الصحية في مصر.
و شدد محافظ الإسماعيلية على ضرورة التنسيق و العمل بين الهيئات الطبية الأربع؛ لتحقيق أفضل خدمة للمواطن يشعر بها و يثني عليها.
و التأكيد على تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية التي تقدم للمواطنين في جميع المستشفيات و خاصة مستشفى الأورام.
و أوصى محافظ الإسماعيلية باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتوعية المواطنين بالخدمات و طرق تقديمها و المسارات الطبية التي يحتاجها للحصول على الخدمة.
حيث تم الاتفاق على أن يتم تحويل المرضى المترددين على مستشفي الأورام مباشرة من الوحدة الصحية التابعين لها بخطاب موجه للمستشفى دون النظر للإجراءات الورقية التي تستكمل تباعًا.
كما وجَّه بتدريب العاملين بهيئة التأمين الصحي الشامل و الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية و مستشفى الأورام على سياسات التأمين الصحي الشامل للحصول على الخدمة بجودة عالية من خلال الإدارات المركزية المشرفة.
و كذلك تخصيص منسق مدرب من كل جهة على المستوى الفني و الإداري المطلوب من كل جهة للتنسيق فيما بينهم لتخفيف العبء على المواطنين.
كذلك التوجيه بحوكمة و ضبط الدورة الورقية لتلقي خدمة الأورام، و يتم ذلك من خلال موظفي الثلاث جهات.
و أكد محافظ الإسماعيلية على ضرورة تلقي المواطن للخدمات الطبية في كل التخصصات فور وصولهم للمنشأت الصحية و من ثَمَّ إنهاء الإجراءات الورقية.
Ismailia Governor holds a meeting to solve the problems of oncology patients in Ismailia

Major General Staff Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, held an emergency meeting with officials for providing medical and health services in Ismailia Governorate to discuss the problems and obstacles facing the health system and also to agree on cooperation between all parties to ensure the provision of a medical and health service to citizens without trouble.
The meeting included Dr. Ali Hatb, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Population in Ismailia, Dr. Ahmed El-Borai, Head of the Ismailia Health Care Branch, Dr. Ahmed Barakat, Director of the Health Insurance Authority, and Dr. Mohamed El-Nakhili, Director of Oncology Hospital in Ismailia.
The Governor of Ismailia stressed that the Ismaili citizen comes at the top of the importance when providing services, especially in health, and he should feel the interest and excellence that the governorate enjoys in the medical and health sector, and health facilities.
The Governor of Ismailia stressed the need for coordination and work between the four medical institutions to achieve the best service for the citizen.
And improving the level of health services provided to citizens in all hospitals, especially the Oncology Hospital.
The Governor of Ismailia recommended that the necessary measures be taken to educate citizens about services, the ways to provide them, and the medical paths they need to get the service.
He also directed the training of employees of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Authority, the General Authority for Health Care and the Oncology Hospital on comprehensive health insurance policies to obtain high-quality service through the supervisory departments.
As well as training coordinator from each party at the technical and administrative level required from each party to coordinate among themselves to reduce the burden on citizens.
The Governor of Ismailia stressed the need for citizens to receive medical services in all specialties as soon as they reach health facilities and then finish paper procedures.
