عقد اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية اجتماعًا صباح أمس الأحد؛ لاستعراض ومناقشة ملامح الخطة الاستثمارية التي تخص مديرية الطرق والنقل العام المالي ٢٠٢٣-٢٠٢٤، لوضع الأولويات لمشروعات الطرق بمراكز ومدن محافظة الإسماعيلية. وذلك بحضور المهندس أحمد عصام الدين نائب المحافظ، السكرتير المساعد للمحافظة، النائب محمد طلبة عضو مجلس النواب عن محافظة الإسماعيلية، مدير إدارة مرور الإسماعيلية، مستشار التخطيط المروري بإدارة مرور الإسماعيلية، مدير عام مديرية الطرق والنقل بالإسماعيلية، رئيس قطاع جهاز تعمير سيناء، وممثلي الجهات المعنية وقطاعات المرافق بالمحافظة، ورؤساء مراكز ومدن الإسماعيلية، القنطرة شرق، والقنطرة غرب.
وناقش "بشارة" مقترحات مديرية الطرق والنقل للمشروعات التي يمكن تنفيذها خلال الخطة الاستثمارية ٢٠٢٣-٢٠٢٤ بمراكز ومدن "الإسماعيلية والقنطرة شرق والقنطرة غرب" طبقًا لأولويات العمل والتي يتم تحديدها طبقًا لعدة محددات أهمها انتهاء أعمال المرافق بالإضافة إلى خدمة المشروع لمناطق ذات الكثافات السكانية العالية.
وأشار مدير عام الطرق والنقل بالمحافظة إلى أن محافظة الإسماعيلية خلال الفترة من ٢٠١٩ حتى ٢٠٢٢ قد شهدت العمل بالعديد من المحاور الرئيسية داخل المدن وبين المراكز وبعضها ومن المقرر استكمال العمل في المحاور التي لم يجري تطويرها في الأعوام السابقة.
وضمَّ المقترح عدة محاور وشوارع رئيسية بنطاق مركز ومدينة الإسماعيلية منها منطقة عرايشية مصر، امتداد شارع هدى شعراوي، بالإضافة لمنطقة المحطة الجديدة وعدد من الشوارع التي تخدم مناطق المدارس بحي ثالث.
كما تضمنت المقترحات تطوير وإعادة رصف شارع الثورة، القومية العربية، الاستقلال، النصر، ابن سينا، المنيا، رفح، عيد أبوجرير، المقابر ومسجد النصر بالقنطرة شرق.
ووجَّه "بشارة" خلال الاجتماع، بضرورة تطوير ورصف طرق ومحاور جديدة خلال خطة العام المالي القادم ٢٠٢٣-٢٠٢٤، لخدمة المواطنين على أرض محافظة الإسماعيلية، وتيسير حركة نقل المواطنين والبضائع بين كافة مراكز ومدن المحافظة.
بجانب دراسة عدد من المحاور، لخدمة مشروع الوكالات لخدمة الحركة التجارية بالقنطرة غرب، بالإضافة لمنطقة السوق الجديد بمركز ومدينة القنطرة غرب، بجانب استكمال ربط المحاور التي تم العمل بها خلال الخطة الماضية (محور المعاهدة – السويس – الجيش) لربط المدينة بالكامل بالطريق الدائري.
كان محافظ الإسماعيلية قد عقد عدة اجتماعات مع مديري القطاعات الخدمية ورؤساء المراكز لمناقشة الخطة الاستثمارية للعام المالي الحالي للتعرف على المشروعات ذات الأولوية والتي سيتم توجيه الخطة الاستثمارية لها للبدء في تنفيذها في حدود الموارد المالية المتاحة وانتهاء أعمال المرافق بالشوارع.
Ismailia Governor directs the development and paving of new axes and roads within the 2023-2024 plan
Major General Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, held a meeting this Sunday morning to review and discuss the features of the investment plan for the Directorate of Roads and Public Transport, fiscal 2023-2024, to set priorities for road projects in the centers and cities of Ismailia Governorate.
In the presence of Engineer Ahmed Essam El-Din, Deputy Governor, Assistant Secretary of the Governorate, Representative Mohamed Tolba, Member of Parliament for Ismailia Governorate, Director of the Ismailia Traffic Department, Traffic Planning Consultant in the Ismailia Traffic Department, Director General of the Directorate of Roads and Transportation in Ismailia, Head of the Sinai Construction Authority Sector, and representatives of the authorities. concerned and the sectors of utilities in the governorate, and the heads of the cities of Ismailia, Qantara East, and Qantara West.
Bishara discussed the proposals of the Directorate of Roads and Transport for projects that can be implemented during the 2023-2024 investment plan in the centers and cities of "Ismailia, Qantara East and Qantara West" according to work priorities, which are determined according to several determinants, the most important of which is the completion of utility works in addition to project service for areas with high population densities.
The Director General of Roads and Transportation in the governorate indicated that the Ismailia governorate, during the period from 2019 to 2022, witnessed work in many main axes within cities and between centers and some of them, and work is scheduled to be completed in axes that were not developed in previous years.
The proposal included several axes and main streets within the center and city of Ismailia, including the Araishiya Misr area, the extension of Hoda Shaarawy Street, in addition to the new station area and a number of streets that serve school areas in a third district.
The proposals also included the development and re-paving of Al-Thawra Street, Al-Qawmiya Al-Arabiya Street, Al-Istiklal Street, Al-Nasr Street, Ibn Sina, Al-Minya, Rafah, Eid Abu Jarir, the cemeteries and Al-Nasr Mosque in Qantara Sharq.
During the meeting, Bishara directed the necessity of developing and paving new roads and axes during the next fiscal year plan 2023-2024, to serve citizens on the land of Ismailia Governorate, and to facilitate the movement of citizens and goods between all centers and cities of the governorate.
In addition to studying a number of axes, to serve the agency project to serve commercial traffic in Qantara West, in addition to the new market area in the center and city of Qantara West, in addition to completing the linking of the axes that were worked on during the previous plan (the treaty axis - Suez - the Army) to link the entire city to the ring road.
The Governor of Ismailia had held several meetings with directors of service sectors and heads of centers to discuss the investment plan for the current fiscal year to identify priority projects for which the investment plan will be directed to start implementation within the limits of available financial resources and the completion of street utility works.
