في إطار استعدادات محافظة الإسماعيلية للتدريب العملي المشترك لمواجهة الأزمات و الكوارث لمحافظة الإسماعيلية "صقر ١٠٧". تابع اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية اليوم تنفيذ نموذج و تجربة عملية من داخل مقر الشبكة الوطنية بديوان عام محافظة الإسماعيلية، بحضور اللواء هشام الطويل السكرتير العام المساعد لمحافظة الإسماعيلية، و العقيد عمرو سليمان نائب المستشار العسكري للمحافظة، و اللواء أحمد قاسم رئيس مركز و مدينة الاسماعيلية، الأمير عبد الله رئيس حيِّ أول، كرم الشحات رئيس حيِّ ثان، و محمد صابر رئيس حيّ ثالث.
و أكد السكرتير العام المساعد للمحافظة على ضرورة التنسيق بين كافة الجهات المعنية و سرعة الانتهاء من التجهيرات و الاستعدادات اللازمة لانطلاق التدريب العملي المشترك؛ لمجابهة الأزمات و الكوارث صقر "١٠٧"، و الذي من المقرر أن ينطلق خلال شهر سبتمبر الحالي، و يستغرق التدريب ثلاث أيام، بالتنسيق بين الأجهزة التنفيذية و العسكرية و الأمنية بالمحافظة.
و أوضح اللواء هنري إبراهيم، معاون المحافظ، و المشرف على الشبكة الوطنية للطوارئ و السلامة العامة، على تكثيف استعدادات كافة الأجهزة المعنية بالإسماعيلية لتنفيذ التدريب العملي المشترك لمجابهة الأزمات و الكوارث "صقر ١٠٧".
مشيرًا أن محافظة الإسماعيلية تشهد حاليًا تغيرًا كبيرًا في مستوى التعامل مع الأزمات خاصة بعد إنشاء المركز الإقليمي للشبكة الوطنية بالمحافظة و تزويده بأعلى الإمكانات التكنولوجية و البشرية، بالشكل الذي يتناسب مع خطة مصر ٢٠٣٠، حيث يتم إعداد تقارير و بيانات توضح إمكانيات المحافظة و آلياتها في التعامل مع الأزمات و الكوارث، و إبراز النظام الرقمي الجديد بالشبكة الوطنية في سرعة التعامل و احتواء الأزمة، و ذلك فى إطار الطفرة الرقمية التي تشهدها المحافظة في كافة القطاعات.
و يعتبر التدريب العملي المشترك لمجابهة الأزمات و الكوارث (صقر١٠٧ محاكاة واقعية و تطبيق عملي لكيفية و فعالية الأجهزة في مجال مجابهة و إدارة الأزمات الطارئة و المحتملة و التي قد تواجه المحافظة في مختلف القطاعات.
و يتم التدريب بمشاركة معدات الأحياء و مديرية التضامن الاجتماعي، و المرور، و الحماية المدنية و الشباب و الرياضة؛ و ذلك لاستعراض إمكانات المحافظة، و الاستعدادات و أدوار و مهام الأجهزة في حالة حدوث أزمة أو كارثة ،و التدريب في مجال إدارة الأزمات، و ذلك من خلال نقل الخبرات و التطبيق العملي.

In the context of Ismailia Governorate's preparations for the Joint Practical Training to Confront Crises and Disasters in Ismailia Governorate "Saqr 107".
Major General Staff Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, continued today, the implementation of a model and practical experience from inside the headquarters of the National Network in the General Court of Ismailia Governorate, in the presence of Major General Hisham Al-Taweel, Assistant Secretary-General of Ismailia Governorate, Colonel Amr Suleiman, Deputy Military Adviser to the Governorate, and Major General Ahmed Qassem, Chief of Ismailia City, Al-Amir Abduallah, the chief of the first district, Karam Al-Shahat, the chief of the second district, and Muhammad Saber, the Chief of the third district.
The Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate stressed the need for coordination between all concerned parties and the speedy completion of the necessary preparations for the launch of Joint Practical Training to Confront Crises and Disasters in Ismailia Governorate "Saqr 107"; in order to confront crises and disasters, Saqr "107", which is scheduled to be launched during the current month of September, will take three days of training, in coordination between the executive, military and security agencies in the governorate.
Major General Henry Ibrahim, the Assistant Governor and supervisor of the National Emergency and Public Safety Network, explained that all the Ismailia Agencies concerned intensified preparations to implement the Assistant Governor.
Pointing out that Ismailia Governorate is currently witnessing a significant change at the level of dealing with crises, especially after the establishment of the Regional Center for the National Network in the Governorate and providing it with the highest technological and human capabilities, in a manner that is commensurate with the Egypt 2030 plan. Reports and data are prepared showing the capabilities of the governorate and its mechanisms in dealing With crises and disasters, in addition to highlighting the new digital system in the National Network in the speed of dealing and containing the crisis, within the context of the Digital Boom that the governorate is witnessing in all sectors.
Joint Practical Training to Confront Crises and Disasters in Ismailia Governorate "Saqr 107" is a realistic simulation and a practical application of how and the effectiveness of devices in the field of confronting and managing emergency and potential crises that may face the governorate in various sectors.
The training is carried out with the participation of districts' equipment, the Directorate of Social Solidarity, Traffic, Civil Protection, the Directorate of Youth and Sports, this is in order to review the governorate's capabilities, preparations, roles and tasks of the agencies in the event of a crisis or disaster, and training in the field of crisis management, through the transfer of experience and practical application.
